You can download a Youtube video using Keepvid. To do this, do the following steps:
1.) Go to the Youtube math video that you want to download.
2.) Copy the video’s URL and go to Keepvid.com.
3.) Next, paste the URL to in the URL text box (first figure).
4.) If a dialog box appears asking you if you want to run a Java applet, just press the Run button.
5.) Choose the video format you want, right click the link and click Save As
6.) Save the video in your desired location.

If your network is forbidden to access Youtube, then you cannot download it using Keepvid.
I use Internet Download Manager and Mozilla Firefox. By default, there is an add-on (IDM CC) that you can download any video from youtube.

I am a great fan of KeepVid but keepvid faces server downfall problems and they show lot’s of ads also. I recently found another site similar to keepvid but the only difference is that, It allows You to directly convert and then download any youtube video in mp3 format.
