GeoGebra 4.2 is to be released soon and one of its features is the addition of more languages. I, Erlina Ronda of Mathematics for Teaching and another translator are involved in translating GeoGebra to Filipino. We need more volunteers to expedite the translation. Translators must be a math major and a GeoGebra user.

I received a number of emails asking how to write the degree sign in Latex, so I have decided to include it as a short post. To write the degree sign in Latex, you have to place the \circ command in the exponent of the angle measure. The command for 180 degrees is
180^\circ.
