GeoGebra 4.2 Tutorials, Now Available

It’s almost a month now since the release f GeoGebra 4.2 and since then I have updated tutorials to the said version. The update to version 4.2 of the GeoGebra Essentials Series and the GeoGebra Basic Geometric Construction Series are now complete.

I will be updating the GeoGebra Intermediate Tutorial Series and the GeoGebra Advanced Series after Christmas. Hopefully, I will be able to finish them before new year.

15 Flash Video Tutorials for Learning Winplot

In September last year, I shared to you about the Peanut Software Package, a mathematics software collection by Philip Exeter University. One of the software in the collection is Winplot, a powerful graphing software capable of drawing and animating curves and surfaces. The tutorials includes basic graphing, finding critical points of graphs of functions, inequalities, piecewaise functions, plotting trigonometric functions, polynomial regressions and integration.

Winplot is free and available on Windows operating systems. It has also a 3D graphing capability as shown above.
