Dynamic Statistics with Gapminder

Gapminder is a stunning information visualization software for statistical animations.  It was created by Hans Rosling and is currently in beta version. Gapminder uses bubbles that animates on the Cartesian plane as time progresses. By default it shows five variables: Two numeric variables on the X and Y axes, bubble size and colour, and a time variable that may be manipulated with a slider.  The video below shows a short tutorial on installing and using Gapminder.

Gapminder is available in both Windows and Mac Operating systems.
