WordPress is considered by many as one of the best blogging sites and platforms today.  The WordPress Blogging Tutorial series is a series of step by step tutorials on how  to blog in WordPress.com. This tutorial is dedicated to absolute beginners, so it is easy to follow.

How to add a Paypal donate button to your blog

Many bloggers nowadays are monetizing their blogs. Some sell ebooks, some through advertisements, and others, especially blogs that do charity monetize through donations. Paypal is an easy way of doing accepting payments through transactions or even donations. In the tutorial below, we are going to learn how to place a Paypal button, just like the one shown at the right.

1.) Log-in to your Paypal account. If you don’t have one, just register. It’s free.

WordPress Blogging Tutorial 9 – Finishing Touches

We have had eight WordPress tutorials and I think those tutorials are enough to keep your blog rolling.  In this post I am going to give you hints on the things that you should do before making a lot of posts. Here are the finishing touches you should before you get going:

1.) Set up your General Settings. The General Settings (Figure 1) enables you to change the name of your blog, your tagline, your email address, and other information.
