**Wings** is a simple and fun iPad app developed to improve multiplication skills of people ages four and above. The most basic levels are dots, while more difficult multiplication problems are stored for older players.

The game is simple. Your bird has lost its nest and colored wings. You have to help it fly across different islands to help build its nest and regain its colored feathers. As you fly, you will solve multiplication problems. You have to tilt the iPad so that your bird passes through the larger number.

In playing Wings, you will be shown multiplication in six different visual forms: rows of dots, clusters of dots, “groups of” dots, a grid, a labelled grid, and symbols. For students, these representations will help them master the concept of multiplication.

Motion Math: Wings is available for free. Additional levels as well as more treasures and colored feathers are available through In-App Purchase.

I have been playing the Wings iPad app for about two weeks and honestly I really love its simplicity. I also think that it’s a good stress reliever.
