  1. Are you trying to download a calculator emulator? If so you can purchase TI’s smartview software. I know there was a way to put a TI 83+ on an android phone. I haven’t seen this one though.

  2. There is another very different way.

    google Cemetech jstfied
“Cemetech is a development site and community forum for TI-83+, TI-84+, TI-Nspire, and Casio Prizm graphing calculator programming” – very geeky
the jstfied project creates a calculator structure – but as with wabbitemu you need a rom file.
I followed the rather lengthy instructions to pull out my rom from my personal TI84
Advantages – you can get it to work with the lasts OS AND applications (Polysmlt2 being very useful and allowable for IB students)
You can easily capture the screen with service, but also easily copy what you are doing with the windows 7 snipping tool if you are preparing instructions.
Disadvantages it requires a web page and to be online to work. If you are a teacher with various classrooms you must plug your pendrive in so it can find your rom file easily.

But it really does then perform exactly like the TI84 OS and apps you are trying to mimic. Even turning itself off after 2 or 3 minutes of non-use (to save batteries… drives me mad!)
